Biography
Yosuke Akizuki is a program annotator, a concert planner, and a former saxophone teacher. He specializes in modern music and contemporary philosophy. He briefly studied at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, England, majoring in saxophone, and subsequently graduated from Kunitachi College of Music in Tokyo, Japan, with a major in musicology. He also holds a degree in philosophy from Saitama University in Saitama, Japan. Since 2020, he has been writing program notes, developing plans, and creating talk scripts for concerts and tours held in Japan. Born in 1977, he resides in Tokyo.
